Mike Hibarger began his career at Panavision in 1992 at the age of 18 years old, where he started with cleaning cases and building his knowledge around the movie Industry. Over the first couple of years he began his training in camera viewing systems and optics and quickly moved into the lens department with the help of Dan Sasaki, where he began learning about cine lenses and their characteristics, including zoom, primes and anamorphic glass. After 10 years of performing service and repair of the lenses, mike left Panavision to pursue other opportunities to learn about the vast world of all PL glass.

 After a few years had passed, Mike returned to Panavision’s Optical R&D Department, where he gained experience in manufacturing of lenses and machining. After 5 years in this position, Mike was asked to take over the lens department as the Director of Corporate Lens Service Repair and Refurbishment, which included the service, repair and refurbishment departments who provided support to Panavision’s global fleet.

 Mike then left Panavision for an opportunity with CAMTEC Motion Picture Camera Systems as an optical R&D technician where for the past 3 years, he collaborated with the engineers to perfect opto-mechanical designs and lens customization.

Eric has over twenty years working as a cinematographer. He has photographed hundreds of commercials for the worlds leading brands around the globe. The creation of The Keep is a natural evolution of a lifetime exploration in image creation.

ARI ROBBINS, S.O.C.

Ari Robbins began his career in film in 2004 at the age of 20. Immediately jumping into Steadicam, he has been operating for features, television and commercials for the past 20 years. His greatest success was when he won the SOC Operator of the year award in 2017 for, “La La Land”.

DREY SINGER

Drey Singer moved to Los Angeles, CA when he was 18 to pursue a career in filmmaking. With over 13 years experience in the industry, he’s never looked back.

While at Panavision from 2012 to 2019, Drey served as the lead prep technician on many of the top movies, tv shows, music videos, and commercials in the world, including “Hateful Eight,” “A Quiet Place,” and “Ford v Ferrari”.

In 2016, he was recruited by Paul Thomas Anderson for a Radiohead music video, and ended up working closely with Anderson’s camera team on a total of 16 different projects across four countries including “Phantom Thread” and “Licorice Pizza”, where Drey served as the Director of Photography’s assistant. In 2022, he teamed up with Ari and Eric Robbins at Visual Harassment and became the General Manager.

To this day, Drey is an active filmmaker and an ardent supporter of other filmmakers.
